With HelpKit you can have articles in your Notion tables but hide your drafts from the public. This way they won't be shown neither on your HelpKit site or widget.

In order to hide an article all you have to do is:
In Notion:
- Select your desired article
- Uncheck the
Published
checkbox

Don't forget to sync your knowledge base
In order to serve your customers the fastest knowledge base on earth π we cache most of the Notion data. This means that you have to press the π Sync now
button in your admin dashboard whenever you change the structure of your knowledge base.
