Have a new credit card or need to switch to or from Paypal billing? Perhaps you also have received an email from HelpKit about a failed payment attempt? Updating your current payment method for your HelpKit subscription plan is really easy.
Here’s how it works.
- Click on your profile picture in the top-right corner of the page, and select "Account & Billing" from the dropdown menu.
- Scroll to the "Billing" section.
- Click on the
Manage payment detailsbutton.

- A secure popup will show where you can safely enter your new payment details such as your new credit card details.

- After you press
Update card detailsHelpKit will automatically use your new payment method for your next upcoming transaction.
