How It Works
- Make sure you have at least one active subscription for a project (otherwise you won’t be able to add a second one)
- Go to your HelpKit dashboard
- Click on the top right account dropdown that displays your email
- Click on
+ New Knowledge Base

- Finish the setup process

- Choose a subscription plan for your new knowledge base
- Done 🎉
You can then seamlessly navigate between your projects via the account dropdown menu.
