Setting up the contact form

The HelpKit interactive contact form is a great way to allow your customers to reach you in a an asynchronous way.

Your customers enter their contact information, compose their message and hit the send button. After the message is sent, you will receive an email with your customers subject line, email address and message. You can then directly respond via your preferred email client.
