Freshchat is a customer communications platform that offers a convenient live chat widget for users to implement on their site.
In order to integrate Freschat as a live chat contact provider you need to provide a
Locating the Token
- First, log into your Freshchat account
- Go to Settings
- Choose Web Messenger
- You will be directed to the Web Messenger settings page under the Getting Started tab.
- Copy the token without the quotation marks
- In the HelpKit dashboard go to
- Select Freshchat
- Enter the code in the
Tokenfield and hit save
- Tada! 🎉
