Solving the issue with CAA Records
HelpKit uses Let’s Encrypt and DigiCert to issue certificates for your custom domain. If you have any CAA records with your DNS provider, please ensure that Let’s Encrypt (letsencrypt.org) and DigiCert (digicert.com) are included. If you add a wildcard custom domain, ensure issuewild records are correct. You may ignore this if you do not have any CAA records.
